In terms of T6 group play, then efficiency really hinges upon your group set up and cumulative DPS. I can't say which does more DPS for sure but I'd lean towards non-IK. If you do have double Unity, then your choices for maximizing DPS are between CotA - The Council Rises snapshots or Cindercoat/Magefist/HexingPants/Harringtons. If not, then there's a good chance you'll be doing a lot of kiting or dying. Without the 50% damage reduction, you're likely going to need to forfeit offensive passives. IMO, without double unity, IK/EQ with Together as One is more efficient than MotE+Cindercoat+Whatever. Both will increase your mitigation significantly, and allow you to pass on defensive skills and passives. In terms of solo T6 play, your efficiency hinges upon whether you have double Unity or Together as One.
